Savings Overview

Contracting your related services staff through Oxford Consulting Services, Inc. will enable you to stay within budget and in most cases come in under budget.

How does contracting with Oxford accomplish this?

  • Oxford eliminates lost time and money spent on recruiting candidates that may be unqualified or just not right for the position. Our professional staff is comprised of highly skilled and dedicated Clinicians who are thoroughly screened and personally interviewed. All staff are licensed and/or certified in accordance with State Regulations. This process ensures that you will get qualified candidates to interview.
  • Oxford eliminates the costs associated with employer taxes, fringe benefits, healthcare and liability insurance. These costs are virtually eliminated by contracting with Oxford since the staff we provide are not direct employees.
  • Oxford eliminates costs associated with non-productive time. Contracting with Oxford ensures that you are only compensating for actual service hours provided.

Contracting options with Oxford vary to accomodate your specific needs.

  • Hourly services are charged on an hourly rate, depending on the type of service being provided, location and any provisions made for indirect service time.
  • Per-diem services are charged on a pre-established daily rate, depending on the type of service being provided, location and any provisions made for indirect service time.
  • Contracting for individual evaluations is billed on a set fee based on the required services.
  • Evaluations for those individuals we are servicing under an hourly contract will be billed at the same direct service rate, including time spent on report writing.
  • Evaluations are factored into the per-diem rate for those individuals we are servicing and will not be billed above and beyond the contracted rate.
